Quick answer: Request website refunds from our Support team; App Store and Google Play refunds must go through Apple or Google.
- Website purchase: contact Customer Support with your account email address.
- Apple: submit your request through Apple support page.
- Google Play: request via Google Play support or the app.
- Apple and Google apply their own eligibility rules.
- Updating the app, deleting it, or deleting your account cancels nothing.
Check eligibility and timeframes in our Terms and Conditions before submitting.
The refund process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription. Please follow the steps that match your situation below.
If you purchased the subscription on the website
If you signed up and paid directly through our website, please contact Customer Support to request a refund. Be sure to include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your purchase quickly.
Our team will review your request and let you know the next steps.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed using your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play), your payment was processed by Apple or Google — not by us. This means refunds for these purchases are handled directly by the app store, and we're unable to issue them on our end.
To request a refund:
- App Store (Apple): Submit your request through Apple's support page.
- Google Play: Submit your request through Google Play's support page or directly in the Google Play app.
Each store applies its own refund policy and eligibility rules, so the outcome is determined by Apple or Google.
Refund eligibility
All refund conditions, eligibility criteria, and timeframes are described in our Terms and Conditions. We recommend reviewing them to understand whether your purchase qualifies for a refund before submitting your request.
Please note
The following actions do not automatically cancel your subscription or trigger a refund:
- Updating the app
- Deleting the app from your device
- Deleting your account
To stop future charges, make sure your subscription is properly canceled.
