How do I cancel my Premium Subscription?

If you purchased your Premium subscription through the website, follow these steps:

Cancel Through the Website

  1. Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.
  3. Choose your active subscription.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.
  5. Choose a reason for cancelling and select Confirm Cancellation.

After you cancel:

  • You'll see a confirmation message on screen.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email.
  • Your account will remain Premium until the end of your current billing period, then automatically return to a Basic membership.

If You Subscribed Through the App

If you purchased your subscription through the iOS or Android app, you'll need to cancel it through the same app store where you subscribed.
