How to apply your coupon

Quick answer: Apply promo codes at checkout on the website only — App Store and Google Play purchases cannot use coupons.

Select Upgrade to Premium, Upgrade Now, or the Premium diamond icon.
Pick a plan, then select Choose Plan.
Enter your code in Enter Coupon Code; select the arrow.
Confirm the discounted price appears before completing purchase.
Codes work on first subscriptions only, never on renewals.

If your code is rejected, check spelling and expiry, then contact Customer Support.

If you have a promotional code, you can apply it during checkout when purchasing a Premium subscription.

Redeem Your Coupon

Select Upgrade to Premium, Upgrade Now, or the Premium (diamond) icon.
Choose the subscription plan you'd like to purchase and select Choose Plan.
On the order screen, select the LDS Singles Premium section.
Enter your promotional code in the Enter Coupon Code field and select the arrow to apply it.
Confirm that the discounted price is displayed, then complete your purchase.

Tips

Make sure the discount is applied before completing checkout.
If your code doesn't work, check that it was entered correctly and hasn't expired.

Important Information

Promotional codes can only be used when purchasing your first subscription.
Coupons can't be applied to renewals, existing promotions, or previous purchases.
Promotional codes can only be redeemed through the website and can't be used for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
