Renewal Policy

All subscriptions renew automatically, unless you cancel your subscription, giving you uninterrupted access to our Premium features.

    NOTE: For members on a multi-month subscription plan that is no longer available for purchase:

• Your subscription renews once per month on your renewal date.

• Each renewal charges for 1 month at a time (you won’t see a multi-month charge at renewal).

• Your access continues automatically as long as the monthly renewal succeeds.

Turning off auto-renewal

If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so anytime in your account settings before your next renewal date. 

• You won’t be charged again.

• You can keep using Premium features until the end date shown in your account.

• After that, your account returns to a free membership.
