How Does the "Discover" Feature Work?

The Discover feature is designed for quick, in-the-moment decisions — helping you stay open to new possibilities beyond your usual match criteria.

You’ll see profiles of members who don’t fully match your selected preferences (like age, distance, etc.) but may still be a great fit. These profiles are not included in your Recommended list, but appear here to give you a broader range of potential connections you might otherwise miss.

How It Works

• Access Discover via the left sidebar menu (on the website) or the Discovery tab in the app.
• View one profile at a time.
• Choose to like or discard the profile to see the next one.
• Once discarded, a profile cannot be viewed again.
• If someone you’ve liked likes you back, it’s a mutual match—and you can start messaging right away!

Good to Know

• Bonus matches in Discover are refreshed daily.
• It’s a great way to explore outside your set preferences while still focusing on what matters most to you.
