If You Signed Up Using Facebook, Apple, Google, or Your Phone Number:

Your account is tied to the method you used when you signed up. This means:

• If you used Facebook, Apple, or Google, you'll need to continue signing in using that same platform.
• If you signed up using your phone number, please continue using your phone number to log in.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch from a social login or phone number to an email login at this time.
