How Do I Cancel My Premium Subscription?

Once you're logged into your profile via the left sidebar menu, follow these steps:

Cancel via the Website:

  1. Go to My profile > Account settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
  2. Click again "Manage Subscription".
  3. Select your active subscription plan.
  4. Click or tap Cancel Subscription.
  5. Choose a reason for cancellation and click or tap Confirm Cancellation.

After completing these steps, you’ll:

  • See a cancellation confirmation message on-screen.
  • Receive a confirmation email.
  • Be automatically downgraded to Basic access at the end of your current billing period.
