Tips for Submitting Your Request

  1. Use your account email
    Make sure you enter the same email address you used to create your account.
  2. Add a clear subject line
    Choose a subject that reflects your question or issue — this helps us route your request faster.
  3. Include all the details
    In the Description field, share as much relevant information as possible so we can get to work right away.
  4. Pick the right topic
    Select the appropriate Topic from the drop-down menu. This ensures your request reaches the right team.
  5. If it’s a technical issue
    Please attach a screenshot of the page where the issue occurred. Be sure to include:
    • Any error messages you saw
    • What you were doing before the issue appeared

After you click Submit, you’ll receive an automated email with your reference number.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Customer Support.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Help pages — just follow the same steps above to submit your request.
